The first few minutes, a potted history of Stryper complete with clips of the band and a hearteningly honest interview is fascinating and essential viewing for all CCM historians. Then we're into live, nicely made videos of songs from his Benson debut "All This And Heaven Too" and "Someday" with more interview and some behind the scenes footage. A bit short but recommended to all fans of heavy rock.
