In the States she's pretty hot, Christian radio hits, big-auditorium concerts, you know the score. Even this side of the pond Michele is another of these pretty yet anonymous faces staring at us from the pages of 'Premier' who until she tours Europe will probably sell hundreds rather than thousands of albums. Which is rather a shame as Michele is good, possessing a nicely rich voice, writing above average pop-gospel songs and being blessed with production by the multi-talented Jonathan David Brown that is classy (just catch the fretless slides on the "Free To Fall" opener or the building chorus on "Jesus Answers" - a duet with the Allies' Bob Carlilse). Lyrics too are above average ("Well worn patterns in my mind/Take my eyes of your design"). For anyone who cares to investigate, this album should please them.
