I have this album by Mylon partially because I have many of his ccm recordings; and knowing that he is a Believer in JESUS! There is no real gospel/ccm sound heard, even though "Sunlight" is borderline ccm; the
lyrics "I can see my future in YOUR hands" speaks.
Side 2 starts off with a disco pop sound "Dance the
Night Away":not to be confused with pop group Van Halen's song released same year. The song has that same sound as the pop group Doobies Brother's song "Long Train Runnin". Mylon does a cover version of 60's icon Sam Cooke's "Shake"; not a bad version.
A cover of the pop R & B Isley Brother's "Work To Do" is also contained on the album; orignally from 1972.
Again, Mylon doesn't do a bad job on the song at all.
I personally prefer Mylon's ccm songs.
GOD Bless! -Don
