A haunting worship song takes pride of place on this EP produced by Daniel Bowater at db Studies. The appeal though of this decidedly attractive song, which would clearly work well in a congregational setting, is ruined by a weak vocal which sounds insipid and uninspired. The vocals on the three other self-written worship songs here aren’t any better. Songwriters really need to learn to give their material to the best singers they can find if, as would appear to be the case here, they simply don’t have the vocal ability to carry the songs themselves. Oh dear.
