I was vaguely aware of Parkes Stewart's last offering, released a couple of years ago - but only just. Listening to this advance promo, I now wish I'd paid him a little more attention back then. "He Loves Me" brought back the same feelings of excitement I had when I first heard Terry Garmon's record; it's another of those songs which fits in perfectly well with the plethora of swing/R&B stuff you hear everywhere these days, yet it sounds way better than average. If your taste veers towards classy R&B gospel, I can safely say, "Go buy now."
