The cover inlay claims that, "The Praise Band's music has a joyous spirit that promises a contemporary, motivating worship experience...each song will bless Christians of all ages." One listen shows this to be no empty claim. As one would expect from any praise and worship album, there are plenty of vocal harmonies and happy, clappy songs. But the Praise Band manages to avoid any blandness or predictability. The songs are full of catchy hooks and the album is well produced. Interesting pop arrangements do not distract from the joyful and genuine praise of God, which in turn draws worship from the listener. The Praise Band may not push back any barriers of style, but this is a perfect album to worship with at home.
