Out for quite a while now, this is presumably an effort by Richard to establish his ministry beyond his work with children for which he is best known. Unfortunately, the choice of material is a tad too hackneyed - yep, I know that was the concept - while the whole thing, though exuding an easy going joy, hardly contributes anything knew to an overcrowded album market.
