Wherever there is a hit movie a soundtrack, or in this case more of an 'inspired by' album is sure to follow, even when, as in this case, music plays such a minor role in the film that the compilers are forced to bring in tracks which aren't featured in the film. The best song on the album is the title track and US Christian radio hit by Casting Crowns while elsewhere Third Day with "Sound Of Your Voice", John Waller with "As For Me And My House" and Sanctus Real with "Lead Me" all have their moments, particularly if you are keen on slick Nashville soft rock. Some of the other songs though are a bit dull while the movie score recordings by Mark Willard are dull away from the silver screen. If you were touched by the blockbuster Christian DVD you may want this but in truth there are many better compilations of Christian pop out there.
