Entering the charts at 36, Deeper is the new hit from Delirious?

THE FOURTH single out in 1997 by Delirious?, the reissue of "Deeper", entered the British pop charts at number 36. "The fans," said manager Tony Patoto, "have done us proud. They have shown a commitment to the band that constantly surprises, both us and the industry at large."

The Littlehampton band's d:tour was a sell-out (with the exception of gigs in Grimsby and Cornwall) and among the memorable incidents was the concert at Southampton where a member of the crowd proposed to his unsuspecting girlfriend from the stage.

Furious? Records have announced a one-off Delirious? gig at the Watford Coliseum on Saturday 20th December. Although the gig won't feature the highly praised visuals used on the d:tour, it will come with support from Taste, currently being tipped as the scene's next big thing. CR
