IN MARCH 2008 Lion Children's Books will be publishing '50 Favourite
Bible Stories: Selected And Narrated By Sir Cliff Richard', a CD and book package
retelling the hit singer's favourite Bible stories for children. The
package brings together Cliff's narration of the stories, as retold by
popular writer and dramatist Brian Sibley, together with a full
colour, hardback book. Said Sir Cliff, "If this combination of text
and audio can introduce some youngsters to the likes of Moses, David,
Paul and especially Jesus, then it will serve its purpose. And what a
bonus if it reminds a few mums and dads of what they've been ignoring
for too many years."

This is such a great book/cd collection! I love to listen while travelling and often listen as I go to sleep so that God;s word is the last thing I hear as I drift off. Cliff' has a great voice to listen to -but he does not try to over shadow the words with his own persona. I lent my CDs to someone who was confined to bed for 6 weeks - I have not had them back, but I know he was blessed!! I would recommend this book and cds really highly.
