Phil Hornsey releases Christmas oratorio 'Prepare The Way'

DOVER-based composer Phil Hornsey has released the album 'Prepare The Way'. Said Phil, "The album is basically a modern gospel Christmas oratorio with the intention being to bring a fresh, exciting approach to the Nativity story. Initially, I wrote the piece to meet the needs of churches using praise and worship music to minister to their congregation and community. Over this last year, I developed the work further to make it suitable and accessible for community youth and adult choirs, as well as school choirs to perform as a whole or to enhance their own assemblies, carol services and Christmas concerts."
