This digital independently released collection serves as a great introduction to this Houston-based rapper's music and follows a number of single releases. The title track is a radio friendly urban joy, showing Eric's excellent flows and positive lyrics as he addresses coming out of a dark place. "Be Me" is a simple statement on being yourself and not someone else, with slowed down vocals giving it a chilled out vibe; this vocal style also features on "Switch It Up". I particularly enjoyed "Whoa Now" with its infectious hook and a message to slow down. This short collection is well worth investigating.
