Blending together a bit of jangly pop rock, some hard rock and metal, this Japanese trio certainly know how to rock and they add in a straight forward Christian message. The vocals of Tak Nakamine veer from a strangled tone reminiscent at times of Rush's Geddy Lee to lisping indistinct diction but then he is singing in his second language. Like their other releases, this album suffers from muggy production and often the drums are badly recorded which is a shame as there are some fun moments. "Rock'n'roll Is The Proof God Loves Us" deserves to be a huge anthem! "He's Still With Us" and "First Pop" drive along nicely and I confess I like this band when they are rocking! So, "God Has No Name" and "I Love You Now Ur On Your Own" have their moments.
