Four mixes provided on one 12", starting with an inspiring vocal mix. This is Jasper St Co at their best, with uplifting choir providing backing vocals for the chorus and various soloists taking the tune for the verses and breaks. The four on the floor beat is strong and funky with the added human element of real (not programmed) bass, guitar and keyboards. This is one record that makes me very happy to be a DJ: it brings that amazing Gospel church worship vibe to the dance floor with the subtlety of an erupting volcano! This is a must have for all gospel garage fans. Just one thing though: look out for the over-familiar'Take Me Away" sample! The other three mixes (acapella, instrumental and dub) all have their uses too, so you feel like you get your money's worth (unusual with 12" vinyl)!
