Pastor Keith, who on the evidence of the cover of this CD has a natty line in check jackets, is one of the old school of gospel singers, giving it plenty of welly at every opportunity. His record company is the Meek Recording & Publishing Co of Chicago and anything less meek than this 50 minute offering would be hard to imagine – heaven to the initiated, to others, an exhausting and not very easy listen. Every track is characterised by vocal pyrotechnics that verge for me on the painful, and what it’s doing to the guy’s larynx is too hideous to contemplate; but those who are deeper into the genre than I would probably love it. You pays yer money...

May I also add that I am 16 and agree with PraisinJ, our music is difficult to critique because of our motive to sing. So, you can ask me to help you with the "criticism" of gospel music.

You must be crazy to give this album that kind of rating, but then again, you stated that you are not that deep into gospel. Hence, you get some reprieve for that, but as far as the album, it is the epitomy of the definition of gospel music.

I feel the same way that Church Lady feels and I'm only 18 and this album is quite excellent and I love the Gospel. I believe that you guys don't look at music the same music as all.yuo think that Gods music can be criticed but its merely an expression of praise. Think about that.

I think your review expresses a very limited appreciation for 'old school' gospel. I would not trust your opinion on any music after reading your thoughts.
