This second volume from Pete contains more of his comedy songs and I could just imagine him singing these as musical entertainment on That's Life. To give you an idea, check out the brilliant eccentric "Jurassic Tea Gardens". Or there's "Crash Pie" about eating British road kill and "Samantha Fox Goes To Kabul" exhorting the well known page three girl to put her clothes on. On both volumes there's no doubting his excellent guitar skills underpin strong songwriting and although Pete Ryder will never be trendy I'm glad he's doing his stuff.
