Heather Bellamy spoke with Tamsin Evans, the Founder and CEO of Pure Creative Arts about how to find what your place is in this world and how to step out into it.

There is something important about saying, "God, what have you made me for? What does that look like?" Sometimes we see people on a platform, so we think that the only way to do that is to be on a platform. Yet, I'm so passionate that God has made each of us so uniquely and that it looks different for each one to take our place.

I talk a lot about Psalm 37, which says that if we delight ourselves in the Lord, then he will give us the desires of our heart. If we are delighting ourselves in the Lord and putting God first in our life; if we are spending time with him and delighting in him, then he begins to stir desires in our heart that are from him. It's when we are on our knees, when we are saying, "God I can't do this. God I don't know how to do this", that God begins to take us in our weaknesses and in our brokenness and say, "Step out here". It's always scary and always more than we can ever do on our own, but it's an incredible journey. I am really passionate about encouraging people to do that. The feedback I have had from people is that for them, it has encouraged them to do that, or it has made them think, "I have been thinking about this, but now maybe I can step out and do that".

So that has been really encouraging. I'm believing for a lot more as well, of God working even where I can't see it too.
