Missionary and church planter Wallington's first album 'Learning To Reign' was released in 2000. He now returns with this new set which features heart-felt worship songs. This eight track CD contains some well crafted songs underpinned by good musicianship. Keyboards and synthesisers are used to create a calming and worshipful atmosphere in the very first track "I Will Bow Down" which flows very well into "In All The Earth". This song contains some interesting lyrical ideas although I feel the vocals have been over processed in places. "High As The Heavens" has some lovely piano parts and a solid chorus, although I feel the rhythmical structure of the words in the verses will make it difficult for a congregation to follow comfortably. This album is not without fun as the track "I'm Gonna Love My Lord" proves with an old-school rock 'n' roll sound combined with passionate vocals making you want to get up and dance. Paul is passionate about combining his role as missionary with songwriter and is eagerly pursuing the recording of Romanian-written worship songs. After hearing 'I Will Bow Down' I would say the Romanian worship scene is in good hands.
