For this outing the popular Australian praise and worship team dug into their back catalogue for such songs as "Beautiful Saviour" and "It's All About You Jesus", added a couple of new songs, "Nothing Is Impossible" and "Free", and given the material the "acoustic" treatment, ie, not so much crunching electric guitars as strummed and picked acoustics. However, this is not a bad thing: the energy and enthusiasm of the live event still comes through albeit a bit formulaic. So if you like your praise and worship songs similar in style to Hillsong but like the idea of a less bombastic approach, this set will appeal.

Product Description
Planetshakers release their first ever ‘unplugged’ style acoustic album, featuring a number of their best loved songs.

Beautiful Saviour is the first ever acoustic album from Planetshakers, recorded as thousands gathered together as one to worship our great God. The crowd were united with one vision: to lift up the name of Jesus. A compilation of acoustic renditions of Planetshakers’ most popular songs of past and present, “Beautiful Saviour” was recorded over three powerful Sunday services at Planetshakers City Church in Melbourne. With 14 incredible tracks, this album includes Planetshakers classics; “Lift Up Your Eyes”, “Rain Down”, “It’s All About Jesus” and “Beautiful Saviour”, new songs “Free” and “Nothing Is Impossible”, as well as a funky arrangement of “Reflector”.
