It all started sounding not bad, you know the usual well-produced, big sounding, average import. But then Ron David Moore's wonderful vocals began to cut through, with the even more wonderful words of the title track slicing deeper still ("My House" is a brilliant song about Jesus cleansing the temple and how God wants to cleanse us for His use). After that I wanted to hear more of what this man had to say! It was well worth the listen. To say Mr Moore is a good songwriter is like saying Michelangelo wasn't bad at painting ceilings. I loved "Spiritual Storm", a new country-ish number about spiritual warfare - then there is the beautiful ballad "There's Somebody Out There"; a great Phil Collins' style song "When We Pray", complete with a kicking horn section. "Strength Of My Heart" is a worship song, miles better than most of what we are offered on praise concept albums and what about "B.A.D." (Born Again And Delivered), a right wee rocker with some great sax work. I could go on, but I'm sure you've got the idea - if you want an album that offers loads, and delivers, get this! One gripe, playing time is under 40 minutes, so a couple more tracks would have been welcome, but I suspect Ron David wanted to leave us shouting for Moore. We're shouting!

I am amazed by all the wonderful compliments of those individuals who remember this great, timeless cd of wonderful songs. I had heard the cd title song "MY House" play on ccm radio; I connected with the song immediately! Great song Ron! Not too long after "MY House" came the beautiful "There's Some-
body Out There": I fell in luv with this song right away, and who cannot relate to this song!! I cannot say enought about this wonderful arrangement. The vocals of ccm pioneer songstress Kelly Willard is heard on this cd of songs; she compliments any song!
I just luv the song "Home". CCM Artist Billy Sprague co-wrote "Strength of my Heart" (a song from 1984).
The song "B.A.D." will have it's place in the halls of ccm history. "Water the Seeds", a great song to close with;what believer cannot relate to this song!!
I remember when I bought this cd; i.e. when it was released for sale, it was February 1993. I am glad I have this cd! GOD Bless! -Don

I would love to hear Ron singing again. We met him in Muncie, Indiana several years ago. He had a concert there to benefit the local crisis pregnancy center. The Lord has blessed him with an incredible voice for the Lord's glory. One of the most incredible songs ever sang or written is "theres somebody out there" amazing! Thanks and God bless!

I've been wondering what happened to Ron David Moore too. His songs played on our local station in the 90's, and they were amazing. I'm pretty sure we graduated the same high school in 1973, but I never knew him. I'm glad to hear that David saw him at his church in 2008--hope he's still singing. Would love to hear his testimony and song in person. I'm not who I was in high school, thanks be to God.

Does anyone know where Ron David Moore is today? Is he still singing? Praising God?

His CD "My House" is part of my timeless music that God speaks to me through. I have peeked around in search of him and his info on the net for a few years every once in a while, but haven't found much. I wonder where I could buy his music from. God Bless our Brother in Christ and let's pray for Him that he is hearing from and receiving perfect love from Christ this very day. If you hear anything about him let me know, please. Thank you.

I seen Ron D moore in concert and he changed my life. My friends were in youth group and asked me to come along, at first I thought it was a joke. I was going down a dark and twisted path of sin. When I went to that concert and sang spiritual storm I cried and asked God to forgive all of my sins and come into my life. I don't know what I would have done if I never went that night. I never gotten the chance to tell him that he gave me something more precious than life and that"s God.

When Ron David Moore released his "My House" album, he went on tour around the country and conducted private concerts in ordinary people's houses. I was invited to one of these concerts with about 10 other people, and had the opportunity to meet Ron David Moore. His music and message were great. This album is incredible. If you ever get a chance to hear him in concert, don't miss it!
