Cathy is, of course, one of the British scene's most loved singer/songwriters. Her work with the group Blueberry, the secular outfit Hummingbird, and her three solo albums 'Burn Out' (2001), 'Speed Your Love' (2004) and 'Silvertown' (2006) demonstrate both her haunting vocal talents and her ability to craft memorable song hooks. As well as all this, Cathy has also long served the Church in leading worship and it is with this release that the Chichester-based singer/songwriter moves into worship ministry. Like her previous albums, 'Source Of Every Hour' was produced by Cathy's husband Paul, and rings true with passionate authenticity. With two songs borne out of personal trauma, Cathy follows the intimate, reflective nature of her earlier work and applies it to the outstanding personal worship songs "Refuge" and "Redeemer". Elsewhere, the mesmeric "Purify" with its ethereal sound is a truly beautiful song. With excellent diction and musicianship to support her singing, this album is a must for any worshipper to be inspired and edified by an anointed talent.

Product Description

Cathy’s new album is a fresh birth of new songs and revelation. This period has been incubating steadily for the last couple of years.

Since moving home and family to Grace Church, Chichester, Cathy has been leading worship regularly and turning her considerable songwriting skills to focus on songs that draw the church together. The results have been impressive, with songs like Redeemer immediately catching on across the country.

This album is excellent!!!
If I had the cash I'd buy it for all my friends to encourage them all in their various walks with God. Cathy leads you into praise and worship - to the heart of God.
Can't get enough of it. Thanks!
