Absolute Pandemonium is a title which could equally fit this latest album to make waves on the Metal Christian scene. Making an early debut in the top 20 of the Hard Music, Independent and Rock charts the latest from the Pennsylvania-based metalcore band was well received. The distorted drenched vocals on "From Ashes" is an apt way to kick off the album complete with a penetrating film clip to accompany it. Overall the album comes across as a heaver sounding Demon Hunter which comes as no surprise having been produced by members of As I Lay Dying. The chugging unity of riffs on "Lion Heart" tied in with the powerful chant of "We are chosen" is a particular highlight while the guitar solos on "Ecstasy" showcase what the band is capable of. War Of Ages consciously paint an atmospheric sound complete with touches of electronica to keep listeners interested yet not so much as to ostracize their anti-keyboard followers. It is this deft approach which makes 'Supreme Chaos' such a pleasing effort.
