Helen: Well again, we will just work with the government and they will say to us, is this need really the greatest need. So we will just work very closely with them and the partners we have out there to really assess where we go and the next projects we do.

Jonathan: Elizabeth, you're going out with Helen this week. Your first trip to Uganda. Tell me how you feel about going out.

Elizabeth: Well it's my first trip to the north of Uganda. Helen did go a few years ago. I'm quite nervous about it. I think it's actually going to be a very hard trip. I think it's going to be quite heartbreaking. The last time I went to Uganda I wasn't a mother myself. So I think seeing the children in poverty and potentially without the way to fulfil their education and maybe not having clean water and just everything like that, is I think going to be heartbreaking. As well as meeting previous child soldiers; I think it's going to be an emotional roller coaster; but it's something I need to do, and is something very necessary for me to understand what's happening out there so that we can obviously build momentum and gain sponsorship from this country.

Jonathan: And one of the things you plan to do is to collect video footage. Is that correct?

Elizabeth: It is, yes. We've been planning on making a few DVDs, just to show the different areas in which GMI works. We do social action, community growth and education. So we're looking to make 3, 2 or 3 minute DVDs really specifically showing what we want to achieve in those three areas.

Jonathan: Now Mark, if I could just conclude with yourself here. GMI UK is one of the main charities who are going to benefit from a concert taking place in the Victoria Hall end of the year. Do you want to tell us what's happening?

Mark: Yeh. We decided to take over the Victoria Hall one evening, 20th December, and basically have a Gospel Spectacular. So we've invited some of the top gospel choirs in the world I suppose: which include London Community Gospel Choir, and ACM Gospel Choir; along with Harlequin Brass Band and some fine local school choirs as well. To all come and give us a massive Christmas cheer I suppose.

Jonathan: Fantastic. What date is that?

Mark: 20th December

Jonathan: If people want to get tickets where do they go to?

Mark: It's the Victoria Theatre's website.

Jonathan: And we'll have plenty more information about that concert - that Christmas concert in due course on Cross Rhythms radio. Thank you very much for joining us. If people want to find out more about GMI, where should they go too?

Mark: They can either phone us on 01782 657206 or they can look on www.gmi-uk.org.

Jonathan: Thank you very much to all of you. It's a great work that you're doing.

Mark: Thank you. CR
