From the near acappella rendition of the opening title track rendered by the Gaither Vocal Band in authentic Southern style, to the archaic Pentecostal hymnody of "Wonderful", to the country hoedown stylings of the Steeles with "On The Road To Genesis" to Bonnie Keen's histrionic balladry on "Next Time We Wait", diversity rules on this set. Interrupting the singing, clapping proceedings Bill Gaither talks with Eva Mae LeFevre of Southern gospel pioneers The LeFevres. Despite being confusingly edited this has enough memorable songs and quality voices to please the Gaither faithful.
