Spring Harvest has been running for many years and continues to feature some of the best known and influential worship leaders in the UK. This compilation draws on their extensive archive to present some live recordings that focus on the cross and Easter. The songs strike a good balance between ancient and modern, from "Above All" and Delirious?'s "Majesty" to "There Is A Green Hill" and "When I Survey The Wondrous Cross". There are well known worship leaders like Graham Kendrick, Matt Redman and Stuart Townend here, and there is a great version of Matt Redman's "I Will Offer Up My Life" performed by Delirious?. The set closes with a rousing version of "How Great Thou Art" led by Martin Layzell and Graham Kendrick singing "Thine Be The Glory". Despite the variety of songs and hymns, all of the arrangements are lead in a modern style and would easily translate to most contemporary worship groups, as well as providing inspiration for future worship and specifically Easter services. A useful resource.
