Twelve songs of what has now become "classic" Vineyard, here in purely instrumental settings. Some rich, mellow sounds without having too much of that cloying 'West Coast Praise' sound. Credit to Jeff Lams and Randy Rigby for track and instrumental arrange­ments. The style of the various backings does not distract from the melody's simple form. Solo piano takes the original voice arrangement for part of "It's Your Blood" while a picked almost classical style acoustic guitar begins "I Sing A New Song." "Family Song" which survives in original genre with oboe and acoustic guitar taking the melody. An album recommended to be listened to and not relegated to the Christian muzak stand.
