For a "best of album, this contains relatively few really good songs but, like most worship music, it does grow on you with time. The singing is good on the whole and the backing is live and professional, but I think it could be more varied. The jangling guitar that seems to appear on every track can become annoying, as can the never-ending repetition which characterises too much worship music nowadays. The continual playing of the chorus added to the fact that the whole album is very one-paced makes for a brain-numbing and definitely not "easy listening" experience at times. I don't only want to criticise though, because there are many good points. It is worship music, so it is no doubt much better placed in a service, and I'm sure if I were in a congregation I would enjoy singing along to any of it. I don't think it has enough musical interest to bear repeated listening on CD though.
