Like its sister volume featuring performances filmed to look like they emanate from a country barn, this opens brilliantly with the Gaither Vocal Band leading off with "Jesus And John Wayne", not only a very catchy song but definitely the most country item this particular ensemble have ever recorded. Maybe one day the song will turn out to be a great country hit! There is so much great music to enjoy from people like The Grascals, Ernie Haase And Signature Sound and the veteran bluegrass picker Larry Sparks. But if I had to pick a couple of favourites it would again be Rhonda Vincent And The Rage with "I Heard My Saviour Calling Me", bluegrass legend Ralph Stanley's "I Am The Man Thomas" and ex-Statler Brother Jimmy Fortune on "I Believe". The latter song was written on the death of Jimmy's mother and on it he is accompanied by Dailey And Vincent, who then perform a knock out version of "By The Mark" written by David Rawlings and Gillian Welch. Excellent throughout - though the sound balance between instruments and voices isn't always great.
