It must be hard to keep each release fresh. When I looked at the details on the case, I was looking forward to hearing John Hall, who I first heard about 30 years ago when I was producing radio programmes for the Church Of God Of Prophecy on cassette for distribution in the UK in the absence of Christian radio (keep praying, folks, and writing to your MP) and also the Jimmy Minick Family. Jimmy is the third member of the Happy Goodmans and also pastors the church they attend, I didn't know he had a family group. Did they just get together for this occasion? Anyway, I didn't wake up until track 15, when Kenny Bishop and the renowned George Younce (of Cathedrals fame) sang "I Came Here To Stay". I'll be playing that one in Southern Harmonies (Sundays, 5pm on UCB Europe). This is really just a mega (70 minute) sing-along. Buy the others!
